Returns

If the goods do not meet the customer’s requirements or are otherwise not applicable to the customer’s requirements, customers can notify us by e-mail. All undamaged and unopened products are eligible for return; please read the terms and conditions.
The received shipping packaging must be used for the return. Following the consumer’s e-mail, we will instruct the return of the product(s). Shipping costs are to be borne by the consumer.
